Quick and effective
Account Classification tool
RM3 has an Account Classification tool which allows management to quickly and
effectively classify a set of Accounts. The tool facilitates the creation and
weighting of a set of classification criteria which can be used to score all of
the accounts. The difference between this tool and other classification
criteria is in terms of efficiency and speed. Whereas other techniques can take
several months to perform, Account Classification can be carried out in days
ensuring that the classifications are not outdated before they are implemented. |

Make planning part
of the day to day
Effective planning is critical to the successful management of an Account.
However planning sessions traditionally take place in a workshop environment
and plans often get forgotten. RM3 allows account planning to become part of
the day to day work of the Account Team. In addition, RM3’s collaborative
planning framework can be flexed to meet the requirements of different account
operations. |
Create a deeper
understanding of the Account
Embedded in RM3 is a set of expert tools which utilise artificial intelligence
techniques to facilitate a deep understanding of the Account. These tools
include a SWOT analysis, a strategy builder a customer value matrix and a tool
to assess business relationships. |
Create and track
the implementation of the Account plan
An account plan is not truly effective until it is successfully implemented.
Key to this is the ability to specify and record an implementation plan. In
RM3, the implementation plan is a dynamic document reflecting the current state
of execution of the strategy. RM3 user companies have the option to switch on
an escalation tool which monitors tasks and inform designated personnel should
they fall behind. |
Access key
information to facilitate the development of the account plan
When creating the account plan it is important to have at hand key information
such as financial data, details of account contacts, outstanding issues and
contact reports. All of this is easily accessible from within RM3. |
